Providing Aid to Homeowners (PATH)
Life can change in an instant. A medical diagnosis, a financial setback, or an unexpected hardship can leave homeowners overwhelmed (not just emotionally, but physically) struggling to keep up with the exterior upkeep of their property. These visible signs of distress often lead to compliance issues, fines, and further stress, compounding an already difficult season in life.
New PATH Forward exists to bring relief, dignity, and restoration to HOA homeowners facing these challenges. We believe that a well-cared-for home exterior can be a powerful symbol of hope and renewal. By partnering with local vendors and volunteers, we can provide essential property maintenance services (like tree removal, lawn care, fence repair, and pressure washing) with your support, at no cost to those in need.
While our approach is inspired by timeless wisdom found in scripture, our mission is inclusive and rooted in compassion. We believe in walking alongside families, not just to fixing what’s broken, but helping them take a step forward: toward healing, stability, and peace.

With over a decade of experience working with and managing community associations, I know how much a caring community can impact the lives of homeowners.My passion for New PATH Forward comes from a desire to give back and to make life easier for families facing hardship. That's how HOAs can become true communities of support.

Having lived in an HOA for 27 years, I know firsthand how stressful unexpected citations can be for homeowners. That’s why I’m passionate about giving back to the local community and supporting neighbors who are facing financial or personal hardships
With over 30 years of experience in accounting and finance, I bring a practical perspective to helping families find solutions that ease their burden. My goal is simple: to offer guidance, compassion, and resources that help homeowners resolve challenges and feel supported every step of the way.
