Why We Exist

Helping Homeowners Move Forward

Life’s hardships (like illness or financial strain) can make it difficult for homeowners to keep up with exterior property maintenance. These visible signs of struggle often lead to HOA violations, fines, and added stress.

New PATH Forward exists to bring relief and renewal to families in crisis. Through vendor partnerships and you support support, we can provide free exterior services that help homeowners stay in compliance and reclaim peace of mind.

Our mission is inspired by compassion and rooted in action, walking alongside families as they take a new path forward.

Our Process

The 6-Steps Forward

01.

— Notification of Need

We’re alerted to a homeowner in hardship, either through a direct application or a referral from their HOA board or a neighbor.

02.

— Hardship Review

We carefully review each situation to determine if it meets our hardship criteria. If it doesn’t, we still provide helpful resources to empower the homeowner to manage the issue independently.

03.

— Award Notification

Once approved, we notify the homeowner that they’ve been selected to receive support through New PATH Forward.

04.

— Vendor
Coordination

We reach out to trusted local vendors to begin the necessary exterior work, whether it’s lawn care, repairs, or cleanup.

05.

— Compliance
Resolution

We work directly with the HOA board to ensure the compliance issues are addressed and resolved.

06.

— Continued
Support

After services are completed, we provide the homeowner with resources and guidance to help them stay on their new path forward.
